1. Operator and nature of the project
EASHR.COM is operated by Marco Ferré, a natural person, from Brescia, Italy.
At this stage EASHR.COM is a private, experimental project offered without a paid subscription. It is not represented as a company, bank, certified archive, professional backup service or guaranteed delivery service.
2. The service
EASHR.COM provides temporary file uploads, personal and shared folders, private delivery to email recipients, temporary links, downloads and automatic expiration.
Features, limits, expiration options and availability may change as the project evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or these terms where reasonably possible.
3. Eligibility and access
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.
- Access uses a one-time code sent by email. You are responsible for the security of your mailbox, devices, session and codes.
- You must provide an email address you are authorised to use.
- You must not automate access, bypass limits, probe the service or interfere with other users.
4. Your files and permissions
You retain the rights you have in your files. You grant EASHR.COM only the limited permission technically necessary to receive, store, process, reproduce for delivery, transmit, make available to selected recipients, expire and delete the files according to your instructions and the operation of the service.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload and share each file and any personal data it contains.
5. Temporary nature and backups
- Files expire and may be deleted automatically.
- Deletion or unavailability may occur earlier because of a user action, a legal report, a security issue, corruption, capacity limits or maintenance.
- EASHR.COM is not the only place where an important file should be stored.
- You are responsible for keeping independent backups and verifying that the intended recipient successfully received the file.
6. Sharing links and recipients
- Anyone who obtains a valid public link may be able to access the linked file until it expires or is disabled.
- Private email delivery reduces accidental exposure but does not guarantee the recipient’s identity or device security.
- You are responsible for checking recipients and links before sending them.
- Do not publish links in places where uncontrolled access would create a risk.
7. Prohibited use
You must comply with the separate Service Rules, which form part of these terms. In particular, you may not use EASHR.COM for illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content or activity.
8. Reports, removal and restrictions
EASHR.COM may review a sufficiently specific report or act on clear security or legal concerns. It may remove or disable access to a file, suspend a session or account, preserve limited evidence, or cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate.
Where required and reasonably possible, the affected user will receive information about a restriction and available means to contest it. EASHR.COM may withhold information when disclosure would be unlawful, compromise an investigation, reveal another person’s protected data or create a safety risk.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. EASHR.COM does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent compatibility, error-free transfers, recovery of deleted files or a specific future feature.
Maintenance, security measures, provider failures and events outside the operator’s reasonable control may interrupt the service.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data caused by relying on EASHR.COM as the sole copy, recipient misuse, disclosure caused by a shared link, incompatible files, malware uploaded by users or events outside reasonable control.
Because the current service is free, any remaining liability will be assessed under the mandatory rules applicable to the specific case.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using EASHR.COM at any time. The operator may restrict or end access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, enforce these terms or discontinue the project.
Sections concerning rights in files, liability, reports, applicable law and disputes survive where their nature requires it.
12. Privacy
Personal data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The privacy notice forms a separate information document and is not replaced by these terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in their country of residence.
The competent court is the court determined by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer and jurisdiction rules.
Before starting formal proceedings, users are invited to contact the operator and attempt a reasonable resolution.
14. Changes to the terms
The terms may be updated for legal, security, technical or service changes. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
