1. Basic rule

Only upload, receive or share files that you are legally entitled to handle. Use EASHR.COM in a way that respects other people, their privacy, their property and the security of systems.

2. Illegal and harmful content

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors or any content that endangers a child.
  • Credible threats, incitement to violence, instructions intended to facilitate serious harm or content supporting terrorism where unlawful.
  • Non-consensual intimate images, sexual extortion, stalking material or content used to harass or expose a person.
  • Malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing kits, botnet tools or files intended to compromise systems.
  • Stolen data, unlawfully obtained credentials, financial information or identity documents.
  • Illegal trade, fraud, counterfeiting or materials primarily intended to facilitate a crime.

3. Rights of others

  • Do not share copyrighted material unless authorised by the rights holder or permitted by law.
  • Do not misuse trademarks, confidential information, trade secrets or professional secrets.
  • Do not publish personal data, private correspondence, medical records or identifying documents without an adequate legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
  • Do not impersonate another person or falsely present a file as coming from them.

4. Abuse of the service

  • No spam, unsolicited bulk delivery or repeated unwanted invitations.
  • No automated scraping, load testing, vulnerability scanning or attempts to bypass upload, expiration, access or rate limits without written permission.
  • No use that consumes disproportionate resources or degrades the service for others.
  • No resale, white-labelling or commercial exploitation unless expressly agreed.
  • No attempts to access files, folders, accounts or administrative areas without authorisation.

5. Sensitive and dangerous files

EASHR.COM is not designed as a certified environment for state secrets, medical records, payment-card data, passwords, cryptographic keys or other highly sensitive information. Users remain responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate and for applying additional encryption before upload where needed.

6. Reporting illegal content

A report should be sent to abuse@eashr.com and should include enough information for a diligent review.

  • The exact EASHR.COM link, transfer code, folder or other precise location of the content.
  • A clear explanation of why the content is considered illegal or violates these rules.
  • Where relevant, the legal right affected and evidence that the reporter is entitled to act.
  • The reporter’s name and email address, except where anonymous reporting is legally appropriate.
  • A good-faith statement that the information in the report is accurate and complete to the best of the reporter’s knowledge.
For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services or competent law-enforcement authorities first.

7. How reports are handled

  • Reports are assessed in a timely and non-arbitrary way based on the information available.
  • EASHR.COM may request clarification, reject an insufficient or abusive report, disable access, remove content, restrict an account or preserve limited evidence.
  • The reporter may be informed of the decision where appropriate.
  • The affected user may receive a statement of reasons and a way to contest the decision where required and reasonably possible.
  • EASHR.COM may refer information to competent authorities where legally required or necessary to address a serious safety risk.

8. Repeat and serious violations

Repeated violations, deliberate evasion or a single severe violation may lead to immediate restriction or termination. EASHR.COM may use proportionate technical measures to prevent renewed abuse.

9. Mistakes and appeals

If you believe your file or access was restricted by mistake, contact abuse@eashr.com from the email associated with your access where possible. Identify the relevant file or decision and explain why it should be reconsidered.

10. Changes

These rules may be updated to respond to new abuse patterns, technical changes or legal requirements. The current version remains available on this page.

Report a file or abuse

Send a precise report identifying the file or link, the reason it is allegedly illegal or violates these rules, and your contact details. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
