EASHR: transfer and share files without the hassle

EASHR began with a simple idea: transferring, sharing and organizing files should be fast, secure and straightforward. That need gave rise to a project that continues to evolve around how people actually work with their files.

EASHR: transfer and share files without the hassle

Today, EASHR launches.

It was born from a very practical need: to make the way we work with files every day simpler.

Documents, images, design assets, large files, attachments to send, folders to share, files to move from one device to another or deliver to a client.

These are things we do all the time.

And very often, to do something simple, we end up going through too many steps.

Logins, links, screens, folders, confirmations, limits, downloads, uploads, expiration dates to remember.

EASHR started with this very question:

can we make all of this simpler?

It was built by using it

The original idea was much smaller.

We wanted to create a simple, fast tool for transferring files.

Then we started using it for real.

And the more we used it, the more we realized that transferring files was only part of the problem.

Because after transferring a file, you need to be able to find it again.

You may need to share it with someone else.

Perhaps you want to keep it.

Or you may want it to disappear automatically after a few hours or a few days.

So EASHR began to change along with the way it was used.

From a simple file transfer service, it gradually became a tool for organizing transfers, sharing and storage in one place.

And that is probably what we like most about the project: EASHR was not born from a feature list written around a table.

It grew as we used it, encountered real problems and tried to solve them in the simplest possible way each time.

And it continues to evolve in the same way today.

Security, without making work more complicated

During development, we also asked ourselves another very simple question:

what happens to a file while it passes through EASHR?

For us, it is not enough for it to be uploaded and reach its destination.

That is why uploaded files are checked by antivirus software before they are transferred or stored.

The check happens behind the scenes.

People using EASHR should be able to keep doing the most important thing: working.

Security needs to be there, but it should not turn into five more steps to complete.

Privacy also means knowing when a file should disappear

We took the same approach to privacy.

Files stored on EASHR servers are saved in encrypted form, so the content on storage is not simply left available in plain text.

But in our view, privacy is not only about how you store a file.

It is also about how long you keep it.

Many files only need to be transferred, downloaded and then that is it.

There is no reason for them to stay online forever.

That is why EASHR lets you choose an expiration date and schedule automatic file deletion.

You upload it.

You share it.

It gets downloaded.

And when the time you chose arrives, it is deleted automatically.

To us, that is privacy too.

Open. Drag. Done.

Another area we have worked hard on is the time lost in repetitive tasks.

If you use a tool every day, every unnecessary click eventually adds up.

That is why, if you are already signed in and have chosen to remember your device, we want EASHR to be as simple as this:

open eashr.com, drag in the file, and you are done.

From there, you can share it, store it or organize it.

It is one of the principles we try to follow as we build:

technology should remove steps, not add them.

Today, EASHR opens its doors

Starting today, EASHR is available to use.

And above all, you can get started for free.

No card required.

No subscription to choose before you even know whether the service is right for you.

All you need to get started is an email address.

Come in, try it and use it.

If you work with lots of files every day, need more storage space or higher transfer volumes, you can tell us what you need and we can explore a tailored solution.

But first and foremost, we want people to use EASHR.

Because it is through real-world use that we want to keep growing it.

This is only day one

EASHR officially launches today, but it is not launching “finished.”

And honestly, we do not want it to be.

We want to keep improving it based on the real needs of people who work every day with files, documents and digital tools.

If you find something that could be simpler, faster or more useful, tell us.

If you have an idea, tell us.

And if you find something that does not work as it should, we want to know even more :)

EASHR wants to grow alongside the people who use it and the way they actually work.

So today, our invitation is very simple:

come in, try EASHR, upload a file, share it and really use it.

You can get started for free. All you need is an email address.

Hello World!

And this time, it really is World :)

Because EASHR is launching with an international outlook: the interface is available in some of the world’s most widely spoken languages, so that individuals, professionals and teams in different countries can start using it directly in their own language.

This is our first day.

The first of, we hope, countless files transferred, shared and organized around the world.

Welcome to EASHR.

Try it. Use it. Put it to the test.

And above all, let us know what you think.

Happy working, happy sharing and… Hello World! 🚀
